POWER DISK

Entrenamiento gurpal basado en el levantamiento de pesas. Trabaja todos los grupos musculares en una hora de clase.

Fuerza, resistencia y tonificación.

Horarios: 

LUNES 19:00 h a 20:00, MARTES de 8:15 a 9:05 h y de 18:00 h a 19:00 h y los JUEVES de 9:15 h a 10:05 h.
